Recently I learned that a cousin passed away. Although we didn’t stay close as we aged, the childhood memories run deep. As my mind traveled down the road to the past, I was startled to hear the song “Beautiful Things” by Benson Boone on my car radio.
It’s been a while since a song melted me to my seat. This ballad starts off on the slow side and then POW it ramps up and crushes you. Benson Boone is a new artist for me and despite his young age, has made quite a name for himself. Coincidentally, he was just on The Jimmy Fallon Show as well.
