After a year and a half of wearing masks, I thought I’d share some observations.
The Good
Wearing masks saves lives. There’s nothing more important than that.
The Bad
For some people, wearing masks has caused nuisances ranging from acne to bad breath to tonsil stones.
The Unusual
Now that kids are back in school, teachers haven’t seen the faces of their new students (and vice versa).
Masks keep your face warm when it’s cold outside.
To avoid hearing “what” when speaking with my mask on, I try to remember to speak slowly and clearly.
At a recent visit to my dermatologist, I removed my mask so she could look at my face. She asked me not to talk, then she asked me questions…it was very difficult.
Don’t have time to put on makeup? There’s a mask for that.
