For 2020, I’m changing the rules for my nature photo contest. Instead of road themes, I’m looking for shots with color. And nothing says color more than nature waking up in the Spring. My only restriction is no single flower shots (i.e. no close ups of one blossom). I’m looking for hillsides or fields in bloom. Bonus if any shots include wildlife (no humans). If you’d like to submit your photos, here are the rules and prizes:
RULES
1. You must take the original photo
2. Please submit by April 15, 2020
3. Send attachment to: val@valsroad.com
4. Limit three photos per person
5. No commercial flower fields (i.e. Carlsbad Flower Fields)
I will announce the winners by April 30, 2020.
PRIZES
First Place Prize (1): a $75 gift card to Amazon or REI and bragging rights to the cover photo on valsroad
Runner Up Prizes (3): a $15 Starbucks gift card and side photo on valsroad
